Our Associates Make It Happen

A customer's shopping experience at Bloomingdale's depends on the attitude, skill and energy of the sales associates and sales managers in our stores. We take great care in selecting individuals who we believe will take good care of the customer, then train, develop and incent them to be their personal best.
