Our Merchant Training Program is designed to prepare new executives for their first assignment as an assistant buyer. Through on-the-job and classroom training, merchant trainees gain the necessary skills needed for analyzing financial data, planning assortment selections, and developing vendor relationships to achieve your business goals.
