Selling Specialist

Overview of Position:
Our Selling Specialists develop the business in an assigned area. This individual maintains active contact and continuously grows a preferred customer list and significantly impacts the volume of business in the department.

Core Responsibilities:

	Develop preferred customer list and increase department volume by.
	Continuously develops preferred list of customers to develop the business.
	Accomplish all selling priorities, sales, credit, shops protyotype, clientele.
	Maintain contact with store management and central merchants regarding business performance.
	Handle customer situations.
	Participate in specialist meetings and training classes.
	Assist with special shows and projects as needed.
	Fill in stock by size, color, etc, and maintain floor standards.
	Be a role model for new associates.
