Our Storeline Training Program is designed to prepare new executives for their first assignment as an assistant sales manager/department manager. Through on-the-job and classroom training, store-line trainees gain the necessary skills needed to lead and supervise their teams in creating a meaningful, challenging and fun work environment to achieve your business goals.
