Job Overview:
As a Visual Merchandising Associate, you help create the customer's first impression of Bloomingdale's. Your responsibilities will include setting up the floor displays, cosmetic displays, and mannequin presentation to tell a "merchandise story", reflect a trend or simply entice the customer to buy.
Core Responsibilities:
 | Producing novel and unique concepts for merchandise presentation. |
| Producing quality work in a consistent, timely and organized manner. Complete projects on time responsible for the project from start to finish. |
| Understanding, and uphold Bloomingdale's high standards of presentation as they apply to merchandising the selling floor. |
| Housekeeping - Cares for department's tools, supplies, workshop and merchandise. Maintain a clean and organized work area. |
| Work in a safe manner with minimum disruption to the selling process. |
Skill Summary:
Qualified candidates must be creative and have a strong experience in retail merchandising in ready-to-wear or home. Related experience in retail, design or fashion is desirable. In this position you will report to the Visual Manager.
