I came to Macy's as an intern. I thought Macy's would be a great company and there would be a great opportunity. I knew I would be able to learn the business and grow here. The people and high morale in my work environment are the reasons I stay here. As I gain experience, my colleagues are always willing to help me learn and improve my skill set.
 | What do you enjoy most about what you do and what are your overall job responsibilities? |
As a planning analyst, I oversee product replenishment and projections for my department. When I started, I was given the opportunity to make my own tasks, rather then have them assigned. I've taken it to the next level and made my job more hands-on. The daily challenges I face are what I enjoy most. When I go to work, I'm not doing the same tasks day after day - I thrive in this fast-paced environment.
