In this 24-month development program, you’ll gain exposure to various finance or accounting departments by working on special projects. Based on your career path, your assignments will include rotations in two to three of the following departments: Tax, Treasury, Accounting Services, Corporate Accounting, External Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Capital Control, Accounts & Expense Payable, Payroll, and Internal Audit. With such a diverse base of training opportunities, you’ll interact with all levels of management.
What you have the opportunity to do
- Learn and demonstrate working knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices
- Complete assigned projects by working with others in designated departments
- Gain a broad perspective on the functions of assigned departments and how they relate to overall objectives of the company
- Attend training sessions on topics such as communication, leadership and diversity
What to bring to the program
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong academic performance (GPA above 3.2 preferred)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Windows (Microsoft Access is a plus)
