Learn the inner workings of a multi-million dollar premier retail department store by becoming a key player on our management leadership team. During our 8 – 10 week paid Store Management internship, you will be exposed to the day-to-day events of our dynamic, fast-paced industry. Business exposures include customer service, store operations, associate development, human resources, visual merchandising and security. This internship is offered in more than 20 states, offering the opportunity to stay close to home or experience a different part of the country.
Program structure

- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks to achieve productivity and business goals
- Previous retail experience is a plus
