Job Overview:

The Digital Asset Coordinator will have experience trafficking and manipulating high-end fashion photography. This role requires retouching experience. The ideal candidate must have experience with high volume in a deadline driven environment with strong organizational and asset management skills. In this role you will be expected to communicate and maintain our aesthetic and technical standards, workflow and content management systems. This role will also partner with 3rd party studios and vendors to ensure deliverable deadlines are being met and aesthetic standards are adhered to. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:
  • On-Site workflow management responsibilities.
  • Checking quality and technical specifications, as well as file transfer for all overflow and vendor supplied art.
  • Retouching and file management of vendor imagery.
  • Work closely with Image Editing management team to manage and prioritize high volume workflow.
  • Delegate and assign workload to team members.
  • Keep up on daily workload in a fast paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to manipulate image files to meet standards when necessary.
  • Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing digital assets.
Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in fostering a collaborative work environment and building meaningful relationships.
Mathematical Skills:
  • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize next steps with diverse peer and senior teams.
  • Problem solving skills with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Demands:
  • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. 
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. 
  • May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.  
  • Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. 
  • May involve moving or lifting items under 20 pounds.
Other Skills:
  • Hands-on skills with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Data management or database library experience is a plus.
  • Critical eye for color and detail.
Work Hours:
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
