We are looking for a high energy individual who has the ability to maximize the Bridal Registry business and establish the highest standards of customer service. Will be responsible for directing all daily activities in the department. This includes leading and motivating the selling team, developing and managing the service environment.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop the business and maximize business opportunities
  • Develop business strategies
  • Establish highest standards of customer service
  • Recruit and select service-minded sales associates
  • Create a positive work environment


  • A minimum of 5 years management experience within a retail Home Furnishings setting
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
